eight years of internet program management, web development and content creation experience, and more than 25
years of communications (writing, editing and publication design), technology,
and business experience. Pioneered
a successful internet program for one of the world's largest international
humanitarian organizations, now raising more than $20 million online annually,
providing customer service and corporate communications facets, and saving significant operational costs.
Incorporated interactive technologies (in Lotus Notes/Domino and other platforms)
include ecommerce, user authentication, campaign tracking and outbound email marketing.
Developed and manage a full-time staff of five and work extensively
