Skilled communicator with more than eight years of internet program management, web development and content creation experience, and more than 25 years of communications (writing, editing and publication design), technology, and business experience. Pioneered a successful internet program for one of the world's largest international humanitarian organizations, now raising more than $20 million online annually, providing customer service and corporate communications facets, and saving significant operational costs. Incorporated interactive technologies (in Lotus Notes/Domino and other platforms) include ecommerce, user authentication, campaign tracking and outbound email marketing.
